Account Termination
In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law, we will, under appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are considered repeat copyright infringers.
Removal of Allegedly Infringing Material
We take copyright protection seriously. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will act promptly to remove or restrict access to the material identified as infringing, and we will notify the user who posted it.
How to File a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one’s behalf) and believe that content hosted on our Website infringes your copyright, you can file a DMCA notice. Your notification must include the following details (see 17 U.S.C. § 512 for full requirements):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed or access disabled, with enough detail (such as URLs) to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Please also include sufficient information so that we can notify the user who posted the material.
